Remember a few weeks ago when I made the post on what I had been doing over the summer? I ended up traveling a bunch for various reasons, and of course those are the times that I get the crafting itch the most.
So, I decided before I left for the first trip that I would build a small card kit to bring along. I choose bits and pieces of products and embellishments that had been laying around along with a few 6×6 paper packs.
So, this is how I decided to package everything up:
And here are the contents:
I didn’t know how much down time I would have, but my goal was to get 10 cards done. That might seem like a lot, but using a clean and simple style, I thought I could do it easily enough!
I didn’t really get as much time as I thought I would. I was thinking that I would have to change out paper packs and have to replace the ribbons and embellishments, but that never happened. But for the next trip, i will change them out just so I don’t get tired of looking at the same things over and over again.
The following are the cards that I was able to make, including a wedding card that I had already shared:
I think that I will for sure do this again. It was so easy to get them done, even in the small amounts of time that I actually had to work on them. 🙂
