Hello! I am sharing a pretty Springy card with you today to go along with this lovely weather.
So, Spring has finally started to show up here in the upper Midwest and I am so loving all of the new blossoms. I think they are my absolutely favorite thing about the month of May!
I started out with a 1.5″ glue dot. If you don’t happen to have any of those in your craft stash, not a problem. Simply punch out a circle of the same size and cover it with a strong adhesive and the results will be the same!
My first layer of loops was made with Solid Strawberry twine. The second layer was made with Solid Blossom twine, using the same technique as the first, except the loops are slightly smaller on the second layer.
The third layer used Gold Shimmer twine in a circular motion. I started on the outside of the circle and worked my way towards the middle. Once I hit the center, I used some clear liquid adhesive to add a few swirls to the top for some added dimension.
Here is the final product placed on a card!
I hope you enjoyed today’s flowers and card. Please let me know your thoughts, I love to here from you!
